Because we sell food items, most of our products are perishable. For safety and hygiene reasons, weāre unable to accept returns on:
Opened or partially consumed items
Products that have been removed from their original packaging
Items simply no longer wanted or ordered by mistake
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, weāll make it right.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3ā5 working days for it to appear in your account (timing may vary by bank or payment provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an error was made by us.

If you wish to return a non-perishable or gift item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:
Unopened and in its original condition
Returned at your own cost (unless we made a mistake)
