🧁 Perishable Products

Because we sell food items, most of our products are perishable. For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Products that have been removed from their original packaging

  • Items simply no longer wanted or ordered by mistake

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll make it right.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

If a refund is approved:

If you wish to return a non-perishable or gift item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:
